My name is Natasha and I launched this website after planning my wedding in 2013. Despite having my own event planning business, Crimson Jubilee Events, I found the planning process extremely frustrating at times. Especially when it came to finding helpful resources for planning on a budget. This where I’ll be sharing money saving, tips and strategies to ensure you have the wedding of your dreams at a price you can afford. I’ve learned a whole lot from planning my dream wedding. And planning on a tight budget in NYC is no easy feat. It involved endless hours of online research, countless phone calls to vendors and many anxiety ridden sleepless nights. The whole point of this website is to save you from much of that stress and confusion.
Smart Budget Brides goals are:
- to provide brides on a budget with modern, attractive and simple money saving ideas
- to encourage brides to think outside of the box when planning their wedding and know that with some creativity and some flexibility, they can have the wedding of their dreams
- and finally, to let brides know they are not alone in the struggle to save money, there’s no shame in it and it’s actually very smart!
Hopefully I can provide simple answers to your most asked questions and maybe show you some ideas you never thought of as well.
